Welcome to the launch of the new City Goddess website and my first blog post! My name is Radia and I am so excited to share with you MORE of what City Goddess has to offer! I wanted to start by telling you why I created this blog, and what you will be seeing more of in my posts.
    Why I started my blog
I have been wanting to start a blog for a very long time. The reason I never did was because I always had the same old excuse! “I am too busy”. I find it very enjoyable, therapeutic and most of all I believe that my life experiences can help many women out there. I have become completely consumed with inspiration to start this City Goddess blog because I feel I have so much to share, and finally realized all of the benefits that blogging can bring.
This is my space where I get to share what I love and what’s happening in my crazy life as mom, wife, pet owner, student, blogger and full time employee. I have no prior experience or training in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry. Everything I know is self-taught, following other bloggers and watching YouTube videos. I am no pro in makeup application and struggle applying it for myself, but I have fun experimenting with new products and I always write honest reviews about all the products I try.
What you will be seeing more of in my posts
Real life experiences will obviously be the main topic of my blog, but get ready because you will be seeing much more of the face behind City Goddess (me), and a mixture of lifestyle including my favourite beauty products, fashion finds, and interviews with other small businesses and bloggers. Writing has never been a strong suite of mine and I will tell you, I am no expert on any of this. I figure it will be a lot of trial and error so please bear with me on any grammar/spelling mistakes (disclaimer – I like to talk with many exclamations marks and full stops) and please feel free to always share your advice and communicate with me along the way! I hope to inspire you because truthfully, there are so many people in my life who inspire me and I am SO looking forward to bringing you fresh content and real life experiences many readers can relate to.
    Wishing you Love & Light
